The founders were former Senior Executives from Deloitte & E&Y from the Australia & New Zealand - Asia Pacific region. One entity owns all company shares (Thomas, Selwyn Prem Rajakumar - located at 0600, New Lynn, Auckland).
Since 2017 has its Global Support services office in Chennai, India (Raheja Towers). Talent Tribe Consulting now has office in Melbourne, Australia and soon in Brampton - Canada.
Our Story
Registered as Talent Tribe Consulting International Pvt Ltd. Our Global Support Center enables organisations to hire top talent worldwide. Talent Tribe Global Consulting team takes care of Talent acquisition, Onboarding, Compliance, Time and attendance, Payroll, Benefits administration, Travel bookings, LMS roll out & administration and Maintain Training schedules. Our systems and processes are customized to suit the unique needs of the client.
We have plug & play ready infrastructure in place for a quick and efficient turn around. We currently deploy over 5oo headcount on our rolls and provide HR services to World Vision International supporting their employees globally. We provide total solutions in the area of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding for an 115 nation UN treaty organisation led by both India and France. We also provide support to smaller organisations overseas (Europe) operating in India,

Over 3 decades of International experience in leadership roles. Worked with Global giants such as E&Y AsiaPacific, Crowe Horwath Australia, Alstom Transport Div (India & Europe), SkyCity Entertainment Group New Zealand, IAG Insurance NZ.
A post graduate in HR Management and a Certified Member of the Australian HR Institute.
After 18 year in New Zealand as a Limited Company and registered in India as a Pvt Ltd Company, Talent Tribe Consulting is now a legal entity in Australia as approved and registered by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission
